Entry Level Manager
We are actively searching for an Entry Level Manager to join our firm immediately. This individual will report to the company's C-Suite Executives and support the implementation and execution of our client's brand marketing and sales strategies. We facilitate innovative, firsthand brand marketing and sales campaigns for local clients through direct communication strategies. The Entry Level Manager will establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image throughout all sales and marketing activities, infusing the firm's core values in all that they do. As the Entry Level Manager, you will assume responsibility for upholding the firm's corporate goals and developing and implementing the various marketing and sales strategies to lead our clients to increased market share and profit maximization. This role includes outreach, managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, brand market development, and team and campaign management.
Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:
- Be the primary "go-to" person responsible for the assigned marketing and sales campaign activities from start to finish i.e., hiring, training, leading the marketing and sales team, and achieving designated campaign deliverables
- Generate leads from customer referrals and create cross-selling opportunities for future marketing and sales activities
- Coordinate campaigns with various decision-makers at all levels within the organization
- Acting as the liaison between client, customer, and sales and marketing team. Maintain a relationship across all parties to effectively communicate and manage customer complaints and challenges within the campaign
- Lead classroom-style training sessions
Entry Level Manager Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, customer service, or management
- Prior experience in a leadership setting, including mentoring, coaching, or teaching other individuals
- Proven ability to establish and manage strong relationships across multiple teams, levels, and organizations
- Able to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute at both a strategic and an operational level
- Ability to work with urgent deadlines and manage multiple high-priority assignments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Results-driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
